Hi, I am familiar with iPhones and when you get an Ap it is fairly straight forward. On my new phone any ap, free or paying come with all these warnings about granting access to this, that and the next thing. WHAT THE HELL is that about and how do I get rid?

At least it does tell you unlike iOS any app could have permissions you don't want it to have and you would never even be aware of it..

This is ****e. I was looking forward to getting APS and now it seems all are quasi hacking devices but yet this isn't an issue with the iPhone?

As has been said, the iphone requests the same permissions. It just doesn't display these permissions to you before installing. You should be more worried about using an iphone and not knowing what you are granting an app when you install it.

Just wow, go back to iPhone so if one of androids best features turns you off it.

Yeah its really ****e that Android tells you what an app is capable of doing before you download it. And of course every Android app is just out there to hack your phone, steal your information and potentially do other more damaging things. And last but not least this is definitely not an issue on the iPhone were apps have no permissions to do anything and there are no apps which hack your phone.

Why did I ever buy an Android phone when the iPhone is so much better?

Note: 'Hacking' is used in the context of the quoted post.
