What is the cheapest a pc can be got for? Online or bricks and mortar.

I would prefer to stay away from adverts.ie and that kinda source but wouldn't mind purchasing a refurbished pc from a reputable site.

Once it can stream videos using Silverlight I'll be happy.

    50/100/200???

    Any replies are appreciated, thanks.
