A good few on here have them (including myself) and ,afaik, most are happy.

Indeed, the only advise is to buy from well known suppliers.

I have one, and although I've not ridden it yet (still waiting for parts to arrive), I've been very happy with the process -good communication from DengFu (pinged em on Skype to talk about frames/finishes geometry, extra hangers etc etc), and it was sent out when they said it would be and arrived in 4 days (ordered it 07/06/2013, shipped on 15/06/2013 as I wanted a matt paint job on it which takes time, and arrived here on 19/06/2013).

Was very well packaged, and on inspection, the frame is faultless -a very good finish on it, and looking inside the tubes it all seems very well put together and a great frame that's also light (I refused to weight the bare frame, mostly to annoy AstraMonti :) ).

Am looking forward to getting it out on the road in the next week or so, and I'd say it was cracking value for under 500 quid!

    Things to note:
    • I'd get in touch via Skype rather than go through a website (and potentially talk to a few of the resellers, HongFu, DengFu etc etc to see if you can get different prices etc). I find it's easier to talk to em (their English is fine), and you get easily add extras to the order (like bottle cages in the same finish, spare mech hangers etc), and they'll tell you what's in stock and what's not, and then generate a paypal invoice for you -was a painless pleasant experience for me, and they're not at all pushy I found.
    • Paying by PayPal will add an extra fee to the price -for my frame (FM006) it was $26, but it could be a percentage so be prepared to pay a lil more/less depending on what you get.
    • Delivery is fairly steep at $80, but as I said, it's quick and well packaged, and there was no hassle from customs in my case (obviously YMMV), so it's another thing to add on when figuring out if you're saving a huge amount
    • Order a headset! They aren't included with the frame/fork (at least not in my case, so that was another $14 on the price)

-I also got Carbon Wheels from Farsports in China, and found the process equally painless, so maybe thing about adding them to the frame order to lower shipping costs :)
