    Evening All.
My NH 370 baler arrived back from loan (I know, I know) with a broken universal joint at the flywheel end of the driveshaft.
Does anyone happen to know the size/part number of this item as I only have the service and operator's manuals but have not yet sourced the parts list.
Also, to do the job can I leave the clutch attached to the yolk and simply remove the whole assembly from the flywheel?
    Thanks.

    Whererabouts are you?
Ring D&E McHugh, Strokestown road, Longford on Monday morning, ask for Derek or Elliot and you will get the part number off the top of their heads.

Thanks. I'm in Clare but I'll give them a call first thing on Monday.

    what part of clare,

any machinery shop should have it (unless it's an odd ball size)

whelan's or your man in north clare that sells the kubota tractors,

if your'e near limerick there's a guy near clonlara that would fix it for you ,

I was going to head out to Joe Whelan's tomorrow. Just thought it might be easier to have the part number first. It's definitely not the fastest place to get in and out of :-)

    All sorted now.
In summary, it uses a standard enough size UJ:

    Bearing Cap Diameter: 27mm
Overall Width (cap to cap): 74.6mm

The only one I could find locally was "Weasler" brand, Part Number: 200-8474

Incidentally, it also used 1.5mm deep spring clips (the box came with both 1.2 and 1.5 models).
