Hi,

I have the following questions:

1. Interest on overpayment of corporation tax - Do you deduct this in Case 1 computation?

2. Legal fees €3,000. Legal fees included €2,000 in relation to collection of bad debts and the remainder was in relation to establishing contracts with various suppliers. Do i ignore 2,000 in relations to addbacks/deductions with Case 1 computation?
