FSA BB compatible with Ultegra Crank?

    Hi, I'm getting a full Ultegra group-set with cassette from the brother in law for stupid money. Only issue I have is does the FSA MegaExo bb fit the Ultegra 5700 Compact crankset?

    I have a FSA carbon cranskset and FSA BB. When the BB went, I looked into getting a cheaper Shimano BB to replace it. Very little info online but I seem to remember I concluded it wouldn't work - spindle length is different or something. Not sure if it would work the other way round - FSA BB with Shimano crank.

    Sorry that's not much use to you but at least Shimano BB's are cheap enough and you could prob sell your FSA one.
