My sister in law has been notified by her employer that he intends to make her redundant. She has worked with that company for the past nine years and her service with them was thus: The first seven years were full time She took 6 months adoptive leave She resumed employment working a three day week for the last 18 months…

My sister in law has been notified by her employer that he intends to make her redundant. She has worked with that company for the past nine years and her service with them was thus:

The first seven years were full time

She took 6 months adoptive leave

She resumed employment working a three day week for the last 18 months

How would her statutory redundancy payment be calculated in this situation?
