    Hi All

Any inexperienced band member musicans with about 3-4 years playing under their belt, looking to get together and improve skills & jam with others?

I seem to be the last person at this level, everyone's got the experience already from what I can see on boards smile.png. . .

Drums, basss, lead, keys, whatever...... I play semi acoustic. Am M34.

Based in Kildare so Newbridge, Naas, or anywhere with reasonable driving distance would be considered. . . Interests, wide an varied from Dylan to RHCP, anything thats not complicated and can be easily jammed along to...

PM or open post for suggestions or ideas for anyone interested!

    Cheers

I'm in Portarlington and would be interested. Play guitar and sing a little.

    Hi there
I play drums on an on/off basis. I'm based in Dublin. I could travel as far as Naas if there was a rehearsal room there that had a basic kit (I can bring cymbals, snare etc...) or if someone has a room/shed that I can leave my kit set up in.
I just don't fancy lugging my kit up and down every time, as it adds too much time & hassle to the whole trip. Also weekends are not great, but I can do most weeknights. If that's any use, & fits in with what you're looking for, let me know & I'll pm contact details. - Cheers, Hans

    Hi there
Just to clarify, I was thinking more in terms of renting a rehersal room in a studio somewhere, which would probably cost about 40-50 for an evening / 4-hour session (based on what I've seen in Boards and Dublin prices)

Split between about 4 people that's only a tenner a night p/p. If someone had a reasonably soundproofed Garage or shed that'd work too.

Without those options (i.e. if it's based in a room in someone's house) I'd think drums would be impratical from a noise-level point of view and also most drummers would prefer not to have to deal with takedown and setup & transporting drums twice a night.

Lots of luck with it though. It sounds like fun & if you do go for a studio within reasonable distance of Dublin, feel free to get in touch

Hi I'm Allan, I play drums and a little guitar and bass. I live in portarlington. Are you still looking for people to jam with?
