tablet for 7 year old (100-150 price range)

    Hey All,

    Just wondering if anyone could recommend a table for around 100-150 euro for a 7 year old boy....
    Don't really have a clue about tablets so i'm kinda stuck....

    any help appreciated

    This looks like a good tablet for the price range and performance. It's quad core and has 1GB RAM which means that it will work very quickly for anyone especially for what a 7 year old would be using it for!

    I've bought a tablet from this website before and can't recommend it highly enough. I'm also in the process of ordering a phone from them too.

    They also have a range of cheaper tablets on offer that look like they can do the job too! Hope this helps!

    I don't think you have anything to do with it, and I understand you got a tablet from them and are happy etc., but their prices are atrocious.

    Given that in the poster's short existence here they have done little else than to pimp that site, I suspect that they are a little more than just fans. User banned for shill/spamming.

    See if you can pick up a nabi, really tough and essentially a nexus 7 with a cheaper screen but it does have hdmi out and a micro sd slot which the nexus 7 doesn't.
    It is already locked down to be friendly but you can unlock that with your password.
    There is no Google play store on as standard but the Amazon app store is available, just make sure that you enable parental controls to prevent in app purchases of you don't want a credit card full of smurfberries!

    The cheaper screen works out well with young kids as it seems to be very tough and is not over sensitive as they stab it with manky fingers.
    Check out some of the drop tests on YouTube, it may save you from buying twice.
