where is the best place in dublin to print business cards and also the most affordable was going to go with vista print who advertise €5.99 for 250 but then slap about 31 euros worth of shipping onto it.

I'd advise against Vista Print. They really are shocking in terms of quality. Try Walsh Colour Print. Just ring and ask for a quote.
