    Whitefriar Grill specialises in ribs too. Can't go wring with Bison, though. Bring your own cutlery if you need it.

    foley's on merrion row used to do great ribs a few years ago (cheap during lunchtime too)

    so good, I had to stop going there (belly was getting pretty big)

    dunno if they still do em

    +1 on Foleys when I worked in Merrion Square I would have the ribs there once a week.

    they serve a very generous portion of ribs imo.

    Instead of a napkin they give u a roll of kitchen roll.
    must get there again soon actually.

    Another +1 for Bison Bar. Went yesterday evening and the ribs are ****ing great, I sucked the bones dry.

    +1 bison bar. Plus the steak briquet is insanely delicious. I read somewhere that they can run out of food during the evening so best to get in early'ish.

    I tried Bison last night based on the recommendations here. The pulled pork and ribs we ordered were fantastic.

    Tried Bison cos of all the recommendations on this thread. Had the pulled pork, it was lovely, and their own BBQ sauce and mustard are fantastic. Best pulled pork I've had in Dublin.
    FYI They had run out of the chicken and were nearly out of the ribs when we were there, Sunday. So get in early.
