    Not on in Killaloe. Was talking to Pat Crowley of Planet Tri (organiser) as I wanted to find out if I could compete (ride with Swords but from Limerick) and he said its on 28 Jul in Whitechurch Cork, not too far from Blarney I'm told. Best to give him a buzz. His number is on the 2013 racing calendar.

    I am almost sure its handicapped for the 1,2,&3's,they will be minimum time gaps which will make for some very fast hard racing,

    A4 race separate

    Not the Leinster championships in Bunclody.They are the WEXFORD COUNTY Champs.Leinster champs on 25th August.

    Tough race today. It was decided by the powers that be that the A3s ride with A1s and 2s as mentioned earlier due to their small numbers. We were given a generous handicap of all of 30secs which was clawed back after all of 5 mins probably. 6 laps with a lumpy climb thrown in for good measure made for very sore legs for me and with 2k to go of the 103 my Garmin recorded, my legs caved despite me doing my best Jens Voigt style arguing with them. The distance killed me but I guess it's good training in the bank for the Wexford 2 day. Chapeau to Paidi O'Brien on the win. This event was well run but could probably do with better promotion. One of the hardest races to find info on this year.
