Need help with strand520i lighting desk

Hi guys I'm a newbie to using a lighting desk and it was set up to run 1 show on a regular basis which was quite simple cos all I had to do was press go for each que but I must have pressed a wrong button because the desk is gone into manual mode and now the cues won't go when I press enter like before,can anyone help to…
