Whopping cough vaccine warning

Hi I know a lot of people are being offered this vaccine while pregnant and may be wondering about the safety and effectiveness.
This link is the manufacturers package insert for this vaccine, if you go to end of page 11 start of 12 you will see info for this vaccine and use during pregnancy. It states that this vaccine had never been tested on pregnancy and it is not know whether it can cause fetal abnormalities. I feel this is extremely important info and pregnant women should know this before making their decision

This is true of pretty much every drug. No ethics committee would ever approve a study where someone (i.e. the fetus) cannot consent.
