    When slating our house, we used good quality Kingspan slates but have found now after almost 8-9 years, in places, more than likely due to weather they are;

    Slightly green
    have some yellow speckles on edge of them
    And in places, dry white water marks down by dormer part of house!!

    Has anyone had any success in cleaning any of these areas of their roof?

    Would love to know what you done if so!

    Thanks

    Very hard almost impossible to clean slate that has stains from the valleys of a dormer from lead stains also come from cheap silicone on slates. Not good news I'm afraid.
