You seem to be jumping from one end of the spectrum to the other! What size screen do you want? What will you be using it for? What is your budget? etc.

For what you want from a tablet any price generic dual core will be fine.

As for screen size it's all down to you. I'm fine watching a video on my phone whereas some people can't watch anything on a screen size less then their laptop. You should try to watch a video on different screen sizes in a shop and see which size suits you best.

    ok thanks for that
How do you find reading pdf? Is yours1024x 600? One site said 1280x750 was best

1024x600 should be fine for pdfs. Yes of course 1280x800 is better, but that will bring up the price. Just like increasing the speed with a better processor, improving multitasking with more RAM, reducing weight, reducing thickness etc. You just have to find the right balance between cost and what you need.

One more question.please. In the dual core range does it matter the speed of 1.2 GHZlike this or 1.5ghz

I wouldn't getting anything with 512mb RAM or less like the above. At least 1Gb of RAM is recommended for Android 4.0+.
