    It's off an 07 Focus 1.8 Drivers side front.
    It's like a small drop link(which is broke) and is connected to a sensor. None on the passenger side. Would this fail the N.C.T.

    Yes and some cars also take info from the level sensors front to rear to feed the stability program.
