The reviews for the ls1018 are not too favourable, I bought a ls1013l a few months ago from fastfix UK. Go for the LS1013, it's an older saw but it's a brilliant tool.
It comes with a good quality blade and is about €480 shipped.
The model I bought went up by 50£ recently so I'd say they have few left.

Voltage and frequency is the same.

A plug adaptor won't affect the power but for safety's sake you should verify the adaptor is rated for at least 230V and 13 Amps.
The easiest thing to do is just cut the moulded plug off and fit a 3-pin plug.

hi, long time since i first posted here but this saw went on the back burner, first of all i agree that the ls1013 is a better saw after you said it and i tried REALLY hard to get one at a decent price(fastfix all sold out)but it was either outside my price range or discontinued, and as im only usin a saw for work around the house i think the ls1018 will do the job. i looked at the dutch website again and they are by far the best price, my problem is that i cant work out from their page if its a 110v or a 230v they`re selling, i know it says 1430w but doesnt that count for both? dont wanna order it, end up with a 110v and have to buy a box on top of everything else, can some one tell me if im missing something on the page?

Impossible to tell from that web page, unless you contact them by email and see what their english is like! If it were me I think I'd be happier paying a little more and buying it in this country or maybe from the likes of Axminster in the UK (who I've found to be good in dealing with problems aftersale). It's a big saw and if you ever did need to ship it back for warranty or repair issues that could work out costly. Just my tuppence worth.

I'd imagine that if it was 110V they would have specifically mentioned it on the page as Holland uses 220V same as here.

Their english will most likely be more than sufficient, but if you happen to have a problem send me a PM and I can translate.
