Hi,
Right, unfortunately recently I am starting to experience "sticky" gears on my mount.so I guess I will have to re grease them.i know someone done this *cough* Tzetze just can't find the thread.
Maybe someone still have the links? And any tips are welcome....its going to be a long weekend.

Well now the hard part...hope my problems are not down to motors or any other thing.

No problem Nerro. A tune up should help immensely. My own mount is still not perfect, but it's very much improved over what it used to be.

I would advise that you use the same sort of grease as recommended in the guides. I initially settled for a white lithium grease in an aerosol can from Halfords. It turned out to be too thin and the mount seized up. This meant another strip down, sanding and polishing. Halfords have an aluminium polishing compound that does a good job of the polishing.

Also, resist the temptation to try a dry fit of the parts before reassembly, they'll bind.
