    I have a house plant identical to the one on the right in the attached picture - Is this an African Violet?

    No, what you have there are cyclamens.

    Thanks Lottpaul,

    Had a quick Google on Cyclamens and you're spot on :)

    I was looking at growing more plants from leaf cuttings as with African Violets but note that this is not an option for Cyclamens :(
