    hi

Have an upcoming wedding next week and not sure how formal it'll be.

have three possibilities and can't decide...see pics.

    what do people think??

also first dress isn't me in pic (I'm a lot paler haha) and the last dress is a bit longer on me!thanks

Love no 3 and weather is to be nice next wk so I think it would be perfect. I was at a wedding last wk and most of the dresses were short...

No1 looks more like a bridesmaid dress
    No2 is nice
No3 is nice but not very wedding appropriate.

I like number three, it could be lovely with the right accessories. Number one is too bridesmaid-y and number two is too casual, more like something you'd wear on holidays.

I love number 3, I would have said it's very wedding appropriate, go for it!

No. 3! I think it is perfectly appropriate for a wedding. Really gorgeous dress!

Yeah I'd go with number 3 as well, it's way nicer and dressier than the other two.

I'd definitely wear something over your shoulders though for the ceremony.

If you were afraid it was too short then out of the other two I'd go for number 1 cos it's plain and you could dress it up with accessories although it's hard to tell from the pic what it's really like.

Number 1 is the nicest - it's classy and colourful, perfect for a summer wedding.
Number 2 seems too casual, it's more like something you'd wear to the beach.
Number 3 is too pale and muted, it's too close to white/cream - not suitable for a wedding.

I agree with AnneElizabeth it's extremely bad form to wear white/cream to a wedding. It looks like you're trying to upstage the bride. I like the first one, as long as its not the same colour as the bridesmaids dresses it shouldn't be too bridesmaidy.

I like number three - only the bust on it is cream, so it's definitely not too bridal looking!! I see plenty of dresses like that worn to weddings these days, lots of black and white versions of it in particular. Nude shoes and a shawl will make it look gorgeous and appropriate for a wedding guest.
Out of the other two I like number 1, looks like a beautiful dress but you run the risk of looking like a bridesmaid if the colour scheme is anything like it.

I also like #3 best, I don't think it's too bridal looking at all.

Could I be a little cruel and say that I'm not crazy on any of the 3.

No 2 looks like a beach dress. No 3 is a nice shape (and is the one I like most from the three), but the colour could be seen as too close to white.

hey thanks everyone for the replies!

My other half was no help ;)

I've ruled out number 2 alright cos thought it'd be a bit casual.

leaning towards 1 as its actually not that bridesmaidy but i know its hard to tell that in the pic. its flowy on the body and just comes to the knee!

Will try them both on tomorrow and make my final decision! :)
