    developement is key for me as i am about to pull the trigger on something but if I am stuck with a crappy chinese version of android its not worth much really.
    I would love to know if lenovo could be proparly supported on those forums.

    how is lenovo cheap pray tell?

    I wouldn't worry about the OS on a Chinese tablet. Most come with stock or close to stock android and are usually pre-rooted.
