Try and get a good quality photo on your phone of the wheel nut and bring it to the dealer. There are so many different shapes and sizes....Good luck:):)

hammer in a good quality socket key, and you will get it out.
    Then buy a normal nut.

If They Are Ford Originals your local Dealer will have a Master Set to open them:)

Just a long shot. Did she throw away the plastic bag it was in as well? The key code is normally on a sticker in this.

I'd take a good picture or make model of car and alloys. I'm assuming they're original ford alloys. Go to the dealer for a replacement. If you start hammering you could screw it up, then you will have to drill it.

Main dealer would charge about €50,

    Good luck.

And be more careful in future.......:)

Ring ford order a new key I think they can order the right key using your reg no. It won't be cheap but at least it will work provided the lock nuts themselves are in good condition not damaged. IMO your wasting your time going at it with a hammer and socket set if its anything like the lock nuts that are on the focus you may cause more harm then good.

No she didnt, I meant their was only 1 key, (obviously) and 4 nuts 1 on each wheel,

Their not ford alloys so thats the main stealer out of the question

They could be the Ford wheel nuts... Maybe... No harm giving the dealer a try.

Have you a picture of the wheel nuts?

My rule is, if you find something and you dont have a clue what it is, ie nuts and bolts stuff, dont fcuk it out, throw all that **** in a shoebox or a bucket or something, its junk until you need it, until you twig what it is, then its a lifesaver.

Ok so, might it be a slow puncher?, Was it long before you noticed it was flat?. You could try pump it up with a foot pump. Any local garage will remove it for you. You could also try getting a tow to a garage if its not too far, but i'd leave this as a last resort as you will probably ruin the tire and end up costing you more....:)
