Anybody got any recommendations for a nice centrally located hotel in St Petersburg? Looking for something reasonably priced near the main attractions. Budget is around 150 - 200 euro for 3 nights. Thinking of going in October.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi.

We stayed in the Nevsky Hotel Aster.
The Nevsky Hotels are a group and they have a few hotels in St Petersburg in and around the same area.
It was as good value as you will get....no complaints at all. They own the budget Sky Hotel too but from what we saw if it I wouldn't recommend it at all.
St Petersburg is fabulous but be prepared its quite expensive....ESP for eating out.

I stayed in 5 corners (http://www.5ugol.ru/) and found it very acceptable. A stone's throw from Nevskiy Prospekt and close to the metro.
