    Used to train there a while back and walked past the other day and saw it was closed. Heard that they had moved to a bigger premises just off mountjoy square and was in there last night. Has all the weights and machines from the basement and a lot more free weights and useful machine weights as well.

    Also has a decent boxing ring as well.

    Just thought Id mention it as there appears to be no advertising of the new place anywhere!!

    You know what street off Mountjoy square it is now? Would the new premises be more female friendly you think?

    That's my gym, yea we moved to a much bigger place last month, all the usual weights but it's pretty cool cause it has 3000sq ft of astroturf with a super yoke, big tyres, prowlers and atlas stones and a car deadlift on the way!

    That's just beside my boyfriends gaff.

    Would be dead handy when I'm staying in his - though as I love in Dundrum not very handy the rest of the time.
