    LennyMC,

Would you know if there would be a fast group doing the 105k spin or would the pace up front be very handy i.e around 25km per hour. I wouldn't mind doing it but would prefer if there was a fast group I could tag along with and not only support a great cause but also use it as a soild training spin.

spoke with gaybo last night, and his intention is that there will be different groups based on ability. AFAIK some of the guys who race for stamullen will be on the ride, so there could be a very fast group, as well as some not so fast groups. Im looking forward to it. Should have a map of the route tomorrow or Tuesday.

spoke with Gaybo tonight and he was telling me that there is a free prize draw for every entrant, where the prize is return week in the south of France for two people. Weather should be good, routes are good, roads are good, roll on Saturday.

Great day out indeed!!! 2nd half was tough, great facilities. Only downside in my opinion was perhaps there could have been more or better signs en route. Talked to several people who got lost
