How long after food would you leave it before you go out cycling?

Just finished dinner (chicken tagiatelli) and hoping to hit the road for about 20:15(providing the small fella nods off ok) is 1:30h enough of a wait?

As long as it takes to put your shoes on

Go out as you plan. If you puke up your dinner at the first sign of work then you should have left it longer.

30 mins is plenty for me.

I tend to leave it an hour. But depends on metabolism. Don't stop to puke though. Keep pedalling😜

If I'm going out for a club training spin after work (as opposed to an easy enough spin on my own) I'd always have something like a bowl of cereal and then head straight out. A big evening meal might need a bit longer I guess but not too much longer.

An hour and a half is how long I'd leave it before going for a run after a dinner. And running's way more likely to make you puke if you're full of food. You'll be grand.

You were probably exhausted from starvation - 90 minutes without food, it's inhumane!
