There is no such thing as a 3-7 bar Stuart Turner pump, what make and type is your shower and where is it located in relation to your cold water tank, are you living in an apartment or house ?

Is there a Pump there already? What make and size is it. Are you changing it looking for more pressure.
What size is the cold Water supply. If you put in too big a pump it will drain the Storage Tank in no time and leave the pump running dry. There's usually a flow rate printed on the Pump which will help to make sure you have an adequate supply to cope with the proposed Pump.
Generally speaking a 2 Bar Pump is adequate for most situations and people.

ill assume you have a standard size cylinder and its a mixer valve shower. just get a 2 bar pump.

    problem solved.

if its not pumped at present. take a pipe connection in 3/4 from attic tank to feed pump. take a 3/4 inch supply from top of cylinder via surrey vlange or the likes and pipe back to shower. you can take electric supply from live side of immersion.
