    Hi All,

    Appreciate your assistance hear.. Looking to build an extension to the rear of my house of approx. 180 Sq. FT, or 15FT by 12FT.

    I see quite a lot of talk about price per Sq. FT of €100, and whether it varies by county, I see some people saying they got work done for less and some quoting more.
    What may I ask is covered within this €100 per Sq. FT, So what is in scope and out of scope?

    to be honest (and I cost projects on a daily basis) I would love to know this answer also as people seem to think there is a set of works items that cane be done for this figure without question.

    The idea behind this figure is to give an indicative budget BALLPARK for a standard build. It will include all items required.

    The problem you will have with people is that they don't tell you what they are including in their figure so its very hard to get a like with like.
