Any tips help to negotiate renting a retail property?I want a retail property to use for for a cafe/bar but the agent just wants retail any help or advice will be appreciated thanks.

I'd say a lot of it would be due to the fact that cafe/bar businesses have a high percentage of failure in the first year.

You could try upping the contract term, but you'd want to be damn sure of success.
