I've 18 months HR experience at present, 9 months intern as a hr assistant and 9 months as a recruitment consultant, not really enjoying the recruitment, ideally would like to get into a large MNC but not having much luck, seems to be very few opportunities in HR, any advice on what step to take next or possible alternative careers that would be somewhat related to what I have done in college?

My salary is 23K at the moment, ideally would like to advance on this also!! Thanks
