Replacement for Waves MaxxBass

Hi I love Waves' MaxxBass, but since moving to 64bit, Waves' old plugins are the only ones that do not work and I hate giving them money for an update which actually costs as much as the bloody plugin itself. Are there any alternatives? Thanks.

Voxengo LF Max Punch.

Has sub/sat/lf controls - lots to tweak.

With the waves update - when i paid for it they gave me credit to that amount to spend in the shop!
