I've recently had 3 broken spokes (one after another) and the rear wheel is getting harder to true.

Im looking for a wheelset to replace the stock wheels.

Im 105kg 6'3" so they need to be sturdy..speed or weight isn't everything....

My budget is around 200€ and I've picked out these few. Any opinions on these or even others around the same price range...

    Fulcrum 5 2013.

    Campagnolo Vento Reaction Wheelset Clincher

    Shimano WH-RS31 Wheelset

Mavic Aksium Black Road Bike Wheelset 2012

Lastly do I need to order skewers separately or do they generally come with the wheelset.

Skewers come with the wheels. I'd go for the Fulcrums.

I just bought a pair of campag siroccos. Haven't put them on the bike yet but they are rated up to 109kg. Got them on bike 24 for 239

Buddy that I cycle with has them aswell. He swears by them. Not much heavier than the zondas either

    Nice Wheels.
Out of stock in bike24, trying to stick to my budget, these are €278 delivered from Bike 24...

To add to the mix I can get a set of New Mavic Ksyrium Equipe Wheelset 2013 for about €300 ish. (with Voucher).

Would they be worth a shot.
I want something strong (Im 105kg 6'3") , fast isn't compulsory but I want good rolling and something that will last (without a major incident).

Or are they overkill for what I need. My mate has gone through 2 sets of the Mavic Aksiums in 12-18 months. I cant afford to be changing like that.
Would I be better off with Fulcrum 5 and keep my money or are the Ksyrium Equipe more robust and would last longer....

Put an add in adverts section looking for strong wheels. 32/36 hole with decent hubs and strong rims.
Or get similar built. You can spec exavt wheel you want on one of german sites rose, bike 24 or bike discount, can't remember which!

Get them. Remove the bearings that are in there (there is only 1 seal on them and both mine have seized) and spend €20 on a set of bearings from Dicksons and they are pretty bombproof and prob the best value for money wheelset out there.
