Rte 1 & irish stations on sky

    I got sky installed this week. I went for the basic entertainment package which is 27 euro a month. The installer said rte will show up on channel 101 anywhere between half an hour and 4 hours. Days have passed and I still have no Irish stations. I got onto sky who said they would send the signal or code again but this still has not helped.

    Should I have the Irish stations on my package? & if so, whats likely to be the problem?

    Can you record, pause rewind etc. Can you view subscription channels such as living, Atlantic etc. If so seems like your card is set up for a UK subscription. If not sky doesn't recognise you as a subscriber at all. Either way you need to contact sky to correct it for you.

    Turn it off at the mains for 5 minutes and reconnect, should sort it.
