Himself just got offered a new job, slightly better pay but not by a lot. What will happen with our FIS payment? It's not up for renewal until Feb next year. Will we have to apply all over again

the FIS will remain the same until the renewal date regardless of the change in circumstances. They will review the amounts on the next renewal date only.
