Carlow to Newgrange - Monday Morning early - How long?

Would anyone have any idea how long this would take?
I have to be at the Newgrange Visitor's Centre at 9:45 a.m.
Planning on going via M7/M9>M50>M1

Would be grateful for any replies.

I can do Carlow in an hour from Navan. Quieter times though. Give yourself an hour and forty I'd say.

This says 136 km, 1 hour 27 mins from Carlow town, but I would add at least 30 minutes to that for rush hour for the Naas-Swords section and more if it is a matter of you 'have to be there on time'.

If visiting actual Newgrange, you must use the visitors centre.
