Hi

A friend is working on a temporary basis in switzerland.
He has been there for 10 out of the last 12 months.

The pay is not bad and he is saving a reasonable amount.

He pays 7% tax in Switzerland.
Is he liable to pay the difference between the Irish and Swiss taxes?

Is there something about if your out of Ireland for more than 6 months you are not liable?

Are his savings safe, or could revenue take any taxes owed from them?
