Hi I had a provisional licence over 15 years ago and have not had any licence since then. I do not still have that licence from then.

I am applying for a learner permit at the moment and am wondering does anyone know do I need to get the Garda declaration stamped at my local station?

    Thanks.

I rang the motor tax office (dublin) about this and they said I didn't need to get it signed by the Gardai but just write on the form that it is more than 5 years out of date.
