Unless you've real personal/family reasons to do this, don't until you can support yourself with a job.

Probably entitled to Jobseekers. Rent Allowance isn't paid until you've rented privately for at least six months and have been assessed as being in need of housing by your local authority. You also need to pay a contribution of E35 p/w.

the dole office will require proof of address like rent contract or a bill
proof that you applied for work,
bank statements, you be asked about savings etc
they will also require you to register with fas.
they will also ask about why your moving to where your going etc. and ask for evidence of jobs you applied for in that area.

also it might be easier to do this in you local office and if they approve you then arrange to have your claim moved to the meat office. the transfer process is very simple and pain free.

the rest of the information you need can be found at links below

The thing also to remember rent allowance is based on the fact that you could afford the rent when you moved out. So if you are moving to just get rent allowance after 6 months you may not get it. So think long and hard before yu move.
