Try memoryc.ie, they're fairly cheap and free delivery when you spend €15.

You'll be limited by the speed of the usb port. If you'll be using a pc with USB 3.0 then getting a usb3 drive should noticeably improve speeds. If not, you'll be limited to standard USB 2.0 speeds. I'd still recommend getting a usb3 drive for future compatibility though.

I have a USB 3.0 ya, but i was wondering is there any particular ones people can recommend that have good read/write speeds that are not too expensive.
