How are dabs like for orders recently?

    Hi,
    The last time I ordered parts from dabs was 2 years ago. It went fairly smoothly with the only thing I would comment on was that they were quite skimpy on packaging e.g. bubble wrap compared to their competitors.

    Has anyone ordered off dabs recently and would like to comment on their experience please?

    Well , I had to RMA a mouse( scroll wheel broke) back to them and it went smooth. They paid for the postage and gave me an option for a full refund. And, this was after using the mouse for 11 months. I would recommend them.

    Placed an order with them last Thursday, it was posted Friday and arrived Monday.

    Was also well packaged , would order with them again no problem. I also used the code code EX25 and got a €25 discount as my order was over €400 and free delivery as it was over €300.

    I personally haven't had a great experience with Dabs.

    I ordered a SSD back in January with a 1-2 weeks delay in delivery. Come the end of January still no sign of it. Email them asking for update and was informed it would be another two weeks. End of February it was another 2 weeks. Come about mid march I gave up.

    Recently tried to order from Dabs.com and they won't deliver to parcel motel.. I use parcel motel for everything!
