I was on holidays and suddenly my 32 GB class 10 SD card stopped recognizing. It connects to my computer so it is not the card. It is really annoying me. Any ideas on what I can do?

Have you tried a different sd card in your phone to check the phone?

Is it a SanDisk? If so they have admitted that they had a problem with their cards and are replacing them. I had similar problem with one I bought at start of year and they replaced it for me last week. The process involves giving the serial number, taking photos of card etc.

    No it's a Lexar.

Copy everything to your computer, then put the card back in your phone and format it..

Do you have a link for this, think one of my cards is the same.

I will try that but I was hoping it wouldn't come to that as it is nearly full with my music.

OK - VERY weird ... my 32GB card in my Note 2 stopped working around the same time today.

    On emobile

Re seating and rebooting didn't help.

Last time this happened popped it in the micro sd slot of a USB dongle, connected to a PC a few times; when I triedit in the phone after that it worked OK

Seems a bit of a coincidence though ... maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Anyways, card not being recognised by anything (even to format it) so off to Adata customer support I go

Very oddly, when I put it in an old Nokia N82 it gets recognised.
Copying off from that via USB now.
Just in case that helps someone.

That will usually work but for future reference I advise plugging in the phone as running a disk scan and check satay might save the hassle of copying data off and reformatting

I have a 32GB Lexar too, no issues to report (yet) though. This is the second phone its been used on and never gave me an ounce of trouble.

Your card might have been slightly corrupted if your phone did an unexpected shutdown/reboot.
