Id be fairly regular with watching the skys etc.but for the second time this last summer ive seen a huge (this eve) about twenty mins before sunset ring around the sun..barely disernable rainbow colours in it..can any of you guys tell me how /why this happens?chars m

I was up Bray head at that time and didnt see it, dont know if they're localized or "all-Ireland" when they happen, saw one last year though:
