    Hi
    Does anyone have a beginners weight routine I can steal?? :D
    I posted on here before about wanting to start lifting weights (I'm a 36 year old woman) and got loads of good links but they all just tell me the exercises and how to do them but what I'm after is a personalised routine, say what types to do and for how long.
    I'm fairly new to this so a bit baffled.
