Tax & Mortgage implications when getting married

    Hey,
I'm married recently and trying to sort out our new tax situation. We both work full time.
My wife & I both have a property in different cities and because of work they are both our primary residences.
Do we now have to pay the yearly tax on one property (Non Principal Private Residence) and do we lose mortgage interest relief on one property?

It's confusing as even though we are married, we still use both properties as our primary residencies (albeit living separately).

    Thanks,
    HJ
