    Morning All :D

Can I trouble you for some advice please.

    Im 29, 6'1, 94kg.

I am member of gym and have in past few months started doing some weight training, ( on foot of advice from pt's there ) combined with cardio to help reduce my weight.

Unfortunately for last 2-3 months, my weight hasnt dropped, luckily it hasnt increased but I am feeling bit down that I havent dropped much.

I have increased weight on most of the weights and I definately feel stronger and better than before so I would like some guidance regarding my diet.

    Breakfast:

100g of meat - usually chicken or pork

    Lunch:

Salad - Lettuce, cucumber, pepper, small dressing ( for taste ) and some meat portion - ( fish, pork, chicken )

    Evening Meal:

This is where I feel I am not doing it correctly

Grilled meat - Pork, Chicken, Burgers

    Also Liver, Salmon pan fried

Generally its just that, odd time I would have vegetables but I think I need to increase my veggie intake as I prob have too much meat in diet with nothing to help break it down.

I currently take some supplements HCL to help increase stomach acid to help break down my food.

I was wondering if anyone had any observations as to what I am currently doing?

Thanks, oh and I would ideally like to get to 88kg

    :)

You're pretty much just eating meat? How did you get this idea?

There are no veggies I'm surprised you're not having stomach trouble. You need to have balanced meals, Protein/carb/fat. check out the stickies.

why? do you have difficulty in digesting food? your stomach is a bag of acid, unless you have a medical reason to take a supplement then ther is no need for it.

why? what significance does 88kgs have?
    :)

start by increasing your veggies. obvious advice is obvious. your meals should be meat with 2 portions of veg.

second, how has your body changed? if your getting stronger then your muscle mass has increased.

the weight of your body is a total of all the parts, stop worrying about the total weight and worry about the composition of your body. Think about reducing fat not weight.

to do this take pictures of your self now and again in a few months. you will notice the change.

In the mean time count your calories and macros, you would probably do well to learn about ketosis since you are on a protein /fat diet now. look it up and implement it correctly.
Go to the stickies in the nutrition forum to learn about how to measure your calorie intake.
