anyone come across this - text messages sent from iphone to android phones are signalling as being sent and received but aren't arriving at the android phone. the iphone messages are being sent from the US, they arrived perfectly for first 2 weeks and now suddenly are going missing across few different irish networks. US network (T Mobile) are saying its nothing to do with them. anything I've googled seems to only throw up iphone to iphone errors and solutions.

Possibly they are being sent as iMessages (blue bubbles in the Messages app) and received on a device which uses that number. Dd the Android user previously have an iPhone? And do they still have some other iOS device? If so they need to delete the number from their Apple ID.

If it says delivered in the Messages app then they are sending as iMessages not SMS. That would only happen if the phone number or email address being messaged was associated with an Apple ID.
