    I have not received the Cateye, even though I paid with Paypal in June.

    If you used Paypal and didn't send it as a gift then you can open up a dispute and try and get a refund.

    I have tried numerous ways (mail, pm, twitter) to get an answer from lcowner regarding the computer, but he has not replied.

    He asked for a Paypal gift and I complied with that request.

    I have sent him an invoice on Paypal for the amount, again I have heard nothing back.

    Try contacting Beasty or any of the other mods and see if they can help.

    He was online at the start of the month, so he's definitely seen this and had the ability to contact you.
