Planet X/ SRAM ......brake leavers

Any Planet X /TT owners (could be similar for all TT bikes, no idea) With SRAM Brakes ever had issues with the brake leavers being loose in the handlebars ? Basically since I bought the bike they have always been loose so can turn left or right or even out of the handle bars. Changing cable on it now and and can't figure…

Any Planet X /TT owners (could be similar for all TT bikes, no idea) With SRAM Brakes ever had issues with the brake leavers being loose in the handlebars ?

Basically since I bought the bike they have always been loose so can turn left or right or even out of the handle bars. Changing cable on it now and and can't figure out how tighten levers in handle bars, as the cable passes throu the nut that expands the leaver in the handlebars if that makes sense
