    Hi,
I am looking for a short wedding dress or a vintage 1960's style wedding dress. Any advice on what shops would stock them?
    Thanks in advance.:)

I got mine made in Tanem Michael Ballymount. Just collected it last Wednesday. really happy with it. Prob more 50's style but they will make whatever you want. What size are you? Getting married in less than 2 weeks and I might sell on my dress after...

I've seen a few lovely ones on Fairy Goth Mother/ Lulu and Lush

They do some lovely vintage bridesmaid dresses as well

I got my dress online from Honeypie Boutique and highly recommend them, I got tons of compliments on it and felt amazing in it :) Very high quality and good value too.

Got mine from Belladonna Bridal in Galway. It was a bit long on me so got it taken up more so it would be the proper calf-length. They had a selection of 3 tea-length dresses. Tracy's Bridal had 1. It was like a ballet dress, very pretty. I think if you find the right style of long dress, you can even get a seamstress to take it up for you. (As long as it's worth it, as longer dresses can be more expensive cos of the extra material required.)
If you try a few bridal shops, some of them may very well stock a couple of short dresses. Otherwise, also try those rockabilly dressmakers online, some of them do those in white.

I saw gorgeous short ones on Hayworth vintage... and longer vintage ones too.

The White Room have a fairly good selection, if I remember correctly.

60's wedding dresses had a few styles. There's the mini sheath dress, the wide skirt A-line, and the wedding suit was popular too.

I don't know if you shop online, but I got a short white cocktail dress from Nordstrom a few years ago, and I love it.

There's a lovely one there from Catherine Malandrino on there at the moment. In both black and white.

Also, etsy is good for vintage... just search for 60's wedding dress and off you go.

Try Memories Boutique in Temple Bar, I just bought my dress there and its full length but they have everything there, including some genuine vintage . Tell them what you want when you're making the appt. I dealt with Karl, he was brilliant.

I had tea-length dress and it cost me 3-4 times more than the ones on this site :(
